Khloe Kardashian getting married to boyfriend after only six weeks!

Breakups, babies, and now weddings…. The Kardashian sisters have been outdoing each other these days.

After Kourtney’s pregnancy announcement last month, you would have thought that she would have tied the knot before her sister.  Nope…. It looks like 25 year old Khloe Kardashian will be getting married to 29 year old LA Lakers player, Lamar Odom this coming Sunday, September 27th!

The couple has been dating for six weeks after first meeting each other at a party in Los Angeles.  Is there a reason why they are rushing to the altar?  Khloe explains that they want to get married before Lamar starts training for his basketball season later this fall.  This way they will have time for a relaxing honeymoon.

This is a major shocker for many of Khloe’s fans, because just a couple months ago she stated that she was sick of dating because of multiple bad experiences.  In the last season of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Khloe split with NBA star Rashad McCants after finding out he had another girlfriend online.

The heartbreak is now over for Khloe.  On her official blog she affirms her quickie ceremony.  “Hi dolls. I’m thrilled to finally be able to tell you that the news is true… Lamar and I are getting married on Sunday!!! I couldn’t be happier and I’m so excited that I can finally share the news with all of you.”

The wedding plans have been discussed for the past two weeks and the couple has decided to get hitched in the home of Irving Azoff in Los Angeles.  Azoff is her manager and longtime family friend who hosted a wedding last year that Khloe absolutely loved.

Because of the hasty proposal and rushed wedding, guests reportedly were invited by phone.  Khloe also went last minute ring shopping with mother Kris and future hubby over the weekend.

After the wedding ceremony, Khloe will officially take the title of stepmother.  Odom has two children, daughter Destiny and a son Lamar Jr. from a previous relationship.  I hope Khloe likes children….
