“Dancing with the Stars” New Cast, New Season
It may occur to the avid TV watcher at least once in their lifetime that D-listers sure do get a lot of coverage for being considered bottom-of-the-barrel material. Reality TV is partially to blame; who wouldn’t want to see their favorite or least favorite celebrity spar with other cast members, or see them fight their alcohol or drug addictions in the comfort of your living room? The small screen offers a prime example on how life seems to grant these sometimes ridiculous stars a big IOU.
Already there are viewers who are ruing the day the producers of “Dancing with the Stars,” made their picks for the new cast members to grace the stage of the 13th season of the hit TV show. Some have even sworn off “Dancing with the Stars” like they did when a few other choice celebrities were selected for the show – Bristol Palin and Kate Gosselin are a few examples. But whether you love them or hate them, “Dancing with the Stars” provides these celebrities a great platform to show off their dance moves, get them into the best shape of their lives, and who knows?— maybe even give their career that much-needed boost for that major comeback we’ve all been waiting for.
Check out the lineup for this season’s “Dancing with the Stars,” so that you can make that quick decision to boycott the show or to keep on watching:
