Bachelor in Paradise is Back on
Even though it’s only been about 10 days since the announcement that Bachelor in Paradise stopped screening, it feels as if it’s been 10 years if you’re a faithful fan like us. Thankfully, Warner Bros has some good news regarding the progress of the show and addressed the controversy between Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson.
On Tuesday, Warner Bros announced that there was no misconduct on the show in a public address to People Magazine. They concluded that there was not enough evidence to prove the misconduct, and the show will go on despite the allegations.
Warner Bros expressed to People that they needed to take care of the cast and crew before anything else. Due to these proposed and serious allegations, they needed to handle the situation before moving forward with the show. The representatives of Warner Bros also revealed that the videotape of the so-called misconduct will not be revealed out of respect of the parties involved.
Representatives of Warner bros said, “We can say, however, that the tape does not support any charge of misconduct by a cast member. Nor does the tape show, contrary to many press reports, that the safety of any cast member was ever in jeopardy.”
The representatives also said that the procedures and policies within the show will be taken more seriously than ever before in the future.
Our favorite host, Chris Harrison, also tweeted swiftly after the report from Warner Bros. He said, ““Thank you for your patience, trust and loyalty #BachelorNation and to our entire Bachelor family.”
Though it is unclear exactly when the filming will re-start and when the season will officially begin, we are happy that no harm was involved during the incident. Once we know when the season begins, you will be the first to know. Also, there is word that Olympios and Jackson will continue filming regardless of what happened. In fact, Warner Bros replied with an ambiguous, “no comment” when asked about the star’s continuation on the show.
