Tina Fey is Pregnant, Expecting Second Child

Our most beloved comedienne is expecting a second little bundle of joy. Tina Fey is Pregnant. The Emmy Award winning actress announced her pregnancy on a taping of an appearance on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” yesterday.

“Taping some living legends today…the living legends of SNL..and the uber talented Tina Fey….big fun…” tweeted “Oprah” producer Sheri Salata yesterday.

The 40-year-old star of the NBC hit show “30 Rock” is about five months pregnant, and showing! She already has a five-year-old daughter Alice with her husband, the composer Jeff Richmond.

Fey is currently promoting her new book, Bossypants, is a collection of autobiographical essays that reflect genuine humor, sassiness and heartfelt strength that Fey has been known to embody throughout her career.  One essay in Bossypants discusses how she balances fame with motherhood, explaining how having her daughter has changed her work ethic and worldview from that of crazed workaholic to a more compassionate and caring Tina Fey.

She covers such subjects as her admiration for Lorne Michaels, her appreciation for 30-rock co-stars, cast and crew (including the hilarious Alec Baldwin,) and comments on her partner-in-crime, the Hilary Clinton impersonating Amy Poehler.

The Pennsylvania native will also take part in an upcoming “Saturday Night Live” reunion show, hosting for her alma mater May 7. She is most famous for her portrayal of former Alaskan Governer, Sarah Palin during the 2008 Presidential Elections along side Amy Poehler.  Fey’s episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” will air Tuesday, April 12.

Fey’s “30 Rock” Co-star Jane Krakowski is also expecting her first child with boyfriend Robert Godley, due any day now! See her baby bump, ready to pop in NYC.
