Entertainer Weekly: Tiger Woods’ Ex-Mistress Pregnant; Kid Cudi’s Touching Video To Teen

Lots of news have been flying around these past few days. Some are shocking, some are sad, and some are good. There is news of life, and sadly there is news of death.

The most shocking news today centers around Tiger Woods’ ex-mistress, Rachel Uchitel. According to CBS, “In 2009, Uchitel burst into the spotlight after claiming that she was the mistress of Woods, causing more than a dozen women to come out as Woods’ mistresses.”

The golfer’s former mistress has now stepped into the spotlight again by announcing her pregnancy via twitter. Fans on her twitter site can now see the pictures she posted of her and her husband, Matt Hahn, as she poses herself with her new baby bump. She recently stated on her twitter site that she is five months pregnant with four more months to go.

She has already compiled a huge list of items on her baby registry, some of these items are very costly. According to the Daily Mail, “The pregnant 36-year-old has asked her friends to choose from a list of 50 items which include a $1000 stroller and $300 nipple pumps.” I guess this soon-to-be mother expects big things for her little bundle of joy.

There is more heart-stopping news on the rise as well. Only this time is it not for the announcement of life, but of death.

In matter of a short time after the teen, Ben Breedlove, died from heart failure Kid Cudi was able to respond to the teen’s video tribute to him. According to the NY Daily News, “Rapper Kid Cudi “broke down” after seeing the two-part video posted on YouTube by an 18-year-old fan from Austin, Tex., who would die shortly afterward from a life-long heart condition.”

Unfortunately the young 18-year-old passed away on Christmas day with his family. His death was diagnosed as a result from a heart attack.

Breedlove was able to post his video tribute to Cudi online through YouTube before he died. He stated on the video, “While I was still unconscious, I was in this white room. No walls. It just went on and on. There was no sound but the same peaceful feeling I had when I was 4.  I was wearing a really nice suit. And so was my favorite rapper, Kid Cudi.”

The video also shows the teen communicating about his heart condition and how he was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Through his handwritten index cards he talks about how has been forced to cope with this condition throughout his life. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a diagnosis where your heart muscle thickens and is forced to strain to pump up the necessary blood.

When Cudi saw the video and heard of the teen’s death he posted a heartfelt reply to the video through his tumblr blog. “I am so sad about Ben Breedlove. I watched the video he left for the world to see, and him seeing me in detail, in his vision really warmed my heart. I broke down, I am to tears because I hate how life is so unfair. This has really touched my heart in a way I cant describe, this is why I do what I do. Why I write my life, and why I love you all so much. Life is really fucked up sometimes, but I know Ben is at Peace, and I hope he gets a chance to sit and talk with my Dad. We love you Ben. Forever. Thank you for loving me. To Ben’s family, you raised a real hero, he’s definitely mine. You have my love.”

Breedlove’s friends and family never got the chance to watch and see his video until after his death. Our hearts thoughts, as well as the rapper, are with his family and friends.
