Entertainer Quickie: Rihanna and Chris Brown collaborate and Jennifer Aniston dating Justin Theroux

Slightly over three years after Chris Brown assaulted Rihanna on the eve of the Grammy’s the pair have leaked songs that feature each other.  The public is highly critical of the two collaborating again and with the history between them it’s no surprise.  Rihanna received some serious bumps and bruises from the R&B star and filed a restraining order that didn’t allow him to be within one hundred feet of her.  In the past year baby steps have been made toward reconciling when the two began to follow each other on twitter and the restraining order was reduced to a level one.  Rihanna says that the order was reduced  because:

“I just didn’t want to make it more difficult for him professionally. What he did was a personal thing — it had nothing to do with his career. Saying he has to be a hundred feet away from me, he can’t perform at awards shows — that definitely made it difficult for him.”

With his recent Grammy performance and win I’m sure he appreciates the thoughtfulness, but what kind of relationship are the two fostering now?  The songs that they collaborated on are called “Birthday Cake” and “Turn Up the Music” and were purposefully leaked on twitter recently. Both tracks feature highly suggestive lyrics, which shouldn’t surprise either of the artists fans, but also include the words “I love you” and “Baby, I miss your body.”  Whether it’s to cause a stir in the media or allude to a rekindling of some sparks between the exes fans seem wary.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux- the new “it” couple

Another relationship creating media attention is the new Hollywood “it” couple.  The first time that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux met was on the set of Tropic Thunder in 2007.  The pair has since  had a platonic friendship that developed into something more after their recent movie together Wanderlust when the two began dating.  For Aniston it wasn’t love at first sight, but since then Theroux has caused her to be caught gushing phrases like, “Yes, I’m very happy. I’m extremely lucky, and I’m extremely happy” and “He’s the nicest person in the world.”

Her new boyfriend’s kindness seems to have catapulted Aniston into a very satisfied point in her life and they seem to be going strong as a couple.  The pair have been seen sharing PDA at various locations and Theroux recently was a guest on Ellen where he also spoke briefly about his relationship with Aniston.  He related her persistence in getting him to breakdance as he does in the movie Zoolander.  He told Ellen, “Ever since she saw ‘Zoolander,’ she’s been obsessed with making me break dance. Literally obsessed with it.”

The two seem to share a lighthearted approach to life as well as the belief in staying tight lipped about their private lives.  “I understand the curiosity, but other than saying I am happy, I am not going to indulge it,” Theroux told New York Magazine.  This is understandable considering that even though the couple tries to remain out of the limelight there have been rumors tossed around about the couple being pregnant with triplets.  To that the pair responded that the only addition to their little family is a 3-month-old boxer-pitbull mix named Sophie and there are no babies currently on the way to join her.
