As a way to celebrate Krispy Kreme’s 80th anniversary, the delicious donut store everyone knows and loves is offering dozens of original glazed donuts to customers this coming Friday, July 14. Once a customer buys one dozen donuts, the next dozen is only for 80 cents, so if you love donuts (everyone in their right mind), you are clearly in for a treat this weekend.

The beloved donut company tweeted about the birthday celebration on July 6 to get donut fans excited. Krispy Kreme tweeted, “Here’s to you, #OriginalGlazed Doughnut. 7/14 get an 80 cent Original Glazed dozen when you buy any dozen (US/CAN – no coupon needed).”

All of these offers are available at the Krispy Kreme donut stores in America and Canada as far as the tweet reads. Also, the first batch of a dozen donuts that is paid in full, can be any assortment of any flavors you like. However, the 80 cents second batch of a dozen donuts must strictly be the original glazed donut kind through this temporary deal.

If you aren’t a frequent Krispy Kreme goer, we’ll let you know that a dozen of their donuts is pretty cheap; it equates to 8 dollars, which is only about 36 cents per donut. If you are buying two dozen this weekend through the deal, the total will only equate to 8 dollars and 80 cents.

Also, the company is asking that participants of the celebration post pictures in honor of Krispy Kreme’s 80th birthday. They ask that customers show how they celebrate with the hashtag #OriginalGlazed and tagging @krispykreme as a way to record the birthday party.
