Kim Kardashian Cheating on Kris Humphries?

Allegations are being made against Kim Kardashian today, as magazine In Touch will run a story exposing her alleged affair with New England Patriots safety, Bret Lockett.

Kardashian denies the affair explaining, “I didn’t cheat on my fiancé.”  She is so vehemently certain that this affair did not occur, that she has threatened a lawsuit against In Touch magazine if they run the interview with Bret Lockett that exposes a different side to the story.  30-year-old Kardashian is citing the magazine for “damaging, defamatory” public image of her and an “invasion of privacy.”

Kardashian has been dating New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries for over a year, and announced her engagement to him just last month.  She has been wedding planning ever since.  No official date has been set.

In an interview with In Touch, Lockett claims Kardashian was engaging in a phone sex affair that included texting and photos sent over the course of the last year.  “Kim knows what happened and I know what happened, and if she wants to go the legal route and start recalling text messages and conversations and pictures and all of that then that’s not a problem,” Lockett adds.

Kardashian has her own spin to the alleged affair, taking the soap box on her celebuzz blog.

“I knew when I got engaged that rumors and false stories were going to start, but this is RIDICULOUS!!!!” she defends.  “In Touch Magazine is claiming that I had a five-month secret relationship with this guy… a guy I’ve never met, spoken to, texted, called or even heard of!” she explains in response to the cheating rumors.

The Kardashian name is no stranger to long legal battles. In Touch magazine and Bret Lockett, look forward to some strong opposition.
