George and Amal Clooney Become Parents to Twins

On Tuesday, George and Amal Clooney birthed twins and named them Ella and Alexander. Even though the couple has tried to keep the pregnancy low on the radar, the news is out and we are excited to see the beautiful family. The twins, one boy and one girl, are the first twins the couple has had thus far in their marriage and we are expecting a bright future for them.

The human rights lawyer, Amal, and the movie star known for Oceans 11 and many more films, George Clooney, made a reassuring announcement to one of their representatives. Their representative shared with ET Online that “This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. The spokesperson then made the wisecrack, “George is sedated and should recover in a few days.”

Though Clooney is older for the “Dad role,” considering he is 56-years-old, he showed resilience and excitement regarding the future. Recently, he told CNN that he was “really happy and really excited.” He also made it clear that he knew he was older, and that many of his friends already had kids away at college, yet he still accepted the challenge with a positive attitude.

Furthermore, there has been gossip regarding the couples choice of names for the twins, considering they aren’t the typical obnoxious celebrity names like. Unlike “North West” or “Apple,” the celebrity couple decided to name the twins the simple names, Ella and Alexander. Hopefully, this will start a trend for celebrities to stray away from objectionable names.
