Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Former Mistress Revealed

The Schwarzenegger-Shriver scandal saga continues. On Wednesday TMZ disclosed the identity of the woman with whom Arnold Schwarzenegger fathered an illegitimate love child.

The mistress, 50-year old Mildred Patricia Baena or “Patty” worked in the Schwarzenegger household for 20 years, retiring January of this year. The child was born October 1997.  Soon after, Patty separated from Rogelio de Jesus Baena, her husband of 10 years.

Images of her and her thirteen-year-old son were posted onto TMZ this morning, with the child’s face blurred out due to his status as a minor.

Reports explain that Patty attempted to convince her husband at the time that the child was his. But evidently her deception was revealed.

The love child was born five days after Maria Shriver gave birth to the couple’s fourth child, Christopher Sargent Shriver Schwarzenegger.

The couple has supposedly been separated since January, when Arnold told Maria about the affair. Since then, there has been an endless onslaught of details regarding the separation. In early May the estranged couple announced to the media that after 25 years they were separated. News about a mistress and illegitimate child came on Wednesday.

Maria Shriver released a statement yesterday saying, “This is a painful and heartbreaking time. As a mother, my concern is for the children. I ask for compassion, respect and privacy as my children and I try to rebuild our lives and heal. I will have no further comment.”

She also appeared on Oprah Tuesday as part of Oprah’s series of final farewell shows. She didn’t address the scandal directly but did have this to say, “For more than 30 years, you have bestowed upon me the most amazing friendship,” she told Oprah. You have shown love, support, wisdom and most of all, the truth.”
