Rumor Has it: A New ‘Life Size 2’ is in the Works

Time to take a walk down memory lane. Do you remember the Disney produced ABC telefilm, ‘Life Size’ which featured a young Tyra Banks and Lindsay Lohan? If you were a deprived young child, it was a film about a girl (Lohan) whose Barbie-like Eve doll comes to life as a “life-sized” person. We suggest you watch it if you haven’t already because it was one of the most popular Disney channel movies and a sequel just might be in the works.

In 2014, Tyra Banks announced that she was in the process of creating a sequel to the movie, ‘Life Size.’ Just this last Tuesday, Banks announced that she and Lohan are in the process of creating the second ‘Life Size’ on The Talk, so we are excited for what’s to come. On the other hand, Lohan hasn’t commented on any of Bank’s announcements.

Banks also revealed other characters that might be involved in the upcoming sequel. According to Variety’s report, Eve will be paired with a young woman rather than a young girl. Banks is hoping for Zendaya as a possible lead. “I would love Zendaya,” Banks told Entertainment Tonight. “I think Zendaya would be really interesting.”

Freeform will supposedly air the film next December 2018, so there is ample time for Banks to get Lohan and Zendaya as excited as she is. Also, this date might make one suspect that there will be a Christmas theme? Maybe young girls are also going to be asking for Eve dolls this year.

Regardless, we are excited for the new story line that Banks and the directors of the telefilm come up with. Stay tuned for further details announced. Fingers crossed, Lohan gets on board!
