Getting a good night sleep can be hard for anyone no matter what your age. Millennials may have a hard time sleeping because they are stressed or still in school, and older adults may have trouble sleeping because they have children, or it’s hard for you to get comfortable in bed. No matter the reason, everyone needs a peaceful nights sleep to be functioning for daytime activities. Get a good night sleep by following some of these helpful tips.

A reason that you may not be able to fully fall asleep at night is stress and overthinking things that are spinning around in your head. Caffeine will make your heart race at the wrong hours of the day, and can make you stay awake all night if you drink enough of it. Try limiting drinks with caffeine at night such as tea and coffee.
