Spend special nights on the water with Flagship Cruises and Events
San Diego is certainly beautiful, blessed with perfect year-round weather and sandy beaches, and we find that one of the best ways to appreciate this great city is from the water. Flagship Cruises and Events has been a San Diego staple for years, providing high-quality cruises for anyone who steps aboard one of their many lovely vessels.
Flagship Cruises and Events has been in operation since 1915 and is something that every visitor to this great city, as well as the local residents, should experience at least once in their lives. One of the reasons why it’s so great is that it’s still a family owned business, meaning that there are personal stories within the framework, it’s not yet another big corporation that never comes into contact with the guests.
One of a kind, Flagship offers nightly dinner and dance cruises, always ensuring a good time and a great view. What better way to enjoy a romantic dinner then amidst the backdrop of the glittering San Diego skyline? You can even enjoy the fantastic Coronado bridge from the bay, and if it’s an evening cruise, gaze out over the lights fanning down the edges.
Of course, a cruise wouldn’t be special without top-of-the-line cuisine that is able to give high-end restaurants a run for their money. Each meal aboard Flagship is individually prepared, ensuring that every single guest is happy and satisfied with their selection. There are many different food options available, like the Champagne Brunch Cruise (offering complimentary champagne and a gourmet brunch) and the Sunday Prime Rib Dinner (offering guests succulent prime rib against the night sky).
With October well on its way, many people are already thinking Halloween and Flagship is already on top of it with their 21+ Haunted Harbor Cruise! For only $40 per person, you and your friends can take part in the Halloween Party on October 27, Saturday, and enjoy a three-hour cruise filled with ghouls and goblins. With two floors of music, guests will be dancing the night away to a mixture of hip-hop, top 40 hits, and electro. There will even be a costume contest so you better start getting your look together now if you want to compete for the grand prize. If you want to get some VIP perks, the upgraded ticket only costs $60, getting you priority check-in and boarding, exclusive drink specials, a special VIP line at two bars, and two food tickets.
If you’re planning even farther ahead than that, Flagship will be offering a Christmas Eve Dinner Cruise, making it the perfect way to spend an evening with your family or someone special. Cruise along the shoreline and enjoy all of the holiday lights strung about the city, all while you begin your night with complimentary champagne. Their chefs are planning an extra special buffet fit for even the hungriest of family members, including a hand-carved New York strip, oven roasted turkey roulades filled with bread stuffing, and decadent deserts. Tickets will go on sale October 1 and will cost $63.75 for an adult no-host bar, $89.75 for an adult fully hosted bar, and only $30 for kids 4-12 years old.
If you’re interested in a private charter for a special event (such as a wedding or birthday) or corporate meeting, Flagship has you covered. Reserve an entire luxury yacht for your occasion, impressing everyone in your party with an amazing experience on the water. With many different ships in the fleet, you have several options to make sure the size of your group can be adequately accommodated and served.
