Snacking is the bane of all diets, yet sometimes we can’t help going to town on some seriously snackable foods. If you’re a big snacker, but still want to abide by your diet, try-out these guilt free foods that should become your next go-to snack. Just remember to practice moderation in your portions.

Mixed nuts

Nuts are a very nutritious snack packed with healthy fats and loads of protein. Nuts can be very filling, and have even been linked to reducing your risk of heart disease and certain cancers.

Greek yogurt and mixed berries

This combination makes a nutrient-rich snack, both of which are great sources of calcium and potassium, while berries are packed with antioxidants.

Celery and peanut butter

Little bit of crunchy and a little bit of salty. Can’t get better than that. Try using natural peanut butter, as it typically has less processed preservatives in them.

Our obsession with avocados is thankfully warranted, as they are some of the most nutritious foods out there. They can help reduce cholesterol, protect your skin from sun damage, and are packed with vitamins and minerals. Try sprinkling some salt and lemon pepper on some for a tasty snack.
