There are loads of family-friendly events throughout the weekend from concerts to sports events, so grab your loved ones for some fun in San Diego.

Children and teens alike will surely flock to the Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre tonight as Disney sensations The Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato perform with their Camp Rock friends. While the kiddies are “Burnin’ Up” in “La La Land” singing along with the young idols, head over to Humphreys By the Bay to feel like “You’re Still a Young Man” as you boogie down with Tower of Power. San Diego natives Stone Temple Pilots return home with a performance at Viejas Arena rocking out to their latest self-titled studio album released earlier this year.

The Disney love continues with the Disney Live Mickey’s Magic Show at the San Diego Sports Arena. Bring the family for a special afternoon treat to see Mickey Mouse and friends as they visit us from the happiest place on Earth!
Check out new artist Mike Posner as he hits the House of Blues stage for the Up In The Air Tour, rocking the crowd with hit song “Cooler Than Me” from his debut album 31 Minutes to Takeoff. More artists enjoying the San Diego sunshine are Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker and Justin Moore as they make a stop at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre as part of the H2O World Tour.

Did you miss out on snorkeling with sharks last week? No worries! Today the Birch aquarium provides another opportunity with Snorkel La Jolla Cove, a chance to experience the beautiful protected ecosystem alongside the wonderful sea life from 8am-10am. Express your inner artist instead by checking out Art Walk by the Bay, a free weekend-long showcase of fine art held at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.
Head to the Cosmopolitan at Old Town from 6pm-10pm to get some liquid courage at Spirits of Mexico. Taste a variety of tequilas and participate in the silent auction benefitting the Sky Ranch Foundation. An after party will be held at Casa de Reyes, just be sure you have a designated driver.
Release your inner rockstar at the Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival with Disturbed and Avenged Sevenfold at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheater. The Honda Civic Tour makes its way to the Viejas Arena with Paramore and Tegan & Sara with special guests New Found Glory. Disney’s original musical sibling trio Hanson is all grown up! Watch the now mature singing sensations as they take the stage with A Rocket to the Moon at the House of Blues.
Sunday, September 19
If you’re planning on staying in, don’t forget to support your San Diego Chargers as they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. Or better yet, head to Qualcomm Stadium to watch the action live in person at 1:15pm.
Get ready to giggle and guffaw at Humphrey’s By the Bay as NBC’s ‘Last Comic Standing’ Live Tour takes to San Diego bringing some of the hottest acts in comedy along for the ride.
