FBI Questions Angelina Jolie on Plane Altercation
Angelina Jolie was questioned by the FBI on October 18 about an incident involving her former husband on a plane en route to Burbank, California from Nice, France in September of last year.
The altercation, which occurred between Pitt, Jolie and their son, Maddox, was delved into for four hours at a rental home in Los Angeles. The questioning process, according to Yahoo, has been carried out in order to determine whether Pitt is eligible for assault charges.
While representatives have vehemently denied hat Pitt has been the source of any wrongdoing, Jolie filed for divorce just days after the incident by citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ and that the decision was made for the ‘health of the family.’
The accusations by the Jolie camp are still pending an ongoing investigation.
While both parties go at the tug-o-war for custody of the six children, it may be safe to assume that the judicial process will take a surfeit amount of time to come to fruition.
Pitt and Jolie, who were a couple for almost 10 years prior to becoming newlyweds, divorced within days after the altercation. Unlike many other celebrity relationships, the quixotic marriage of ‘Brangelina’ had been relatively stable until the ensuing conflict after the aforementioned trip.
But now, it may suffice to say that the relationship can no longer be rectified.
