Thirsty Thursday: The E.D.I.T.H.

Calling all superheroes! Push pause on saving the world, and feast your eyes on this Comic-Con inspired, Iron Man-themed cocktail: the E.D.I.T.H. (‘Even Dead I Am The Hero’) – a Korean cocktail featuring chilled tropical soju sunrise, pineapple, and grapefruit juice. Between July 19^th-July 21^st, stop by Bibigo Kitchen’s Fashion Valley location to get in on the action. All weekend long, the first 5 customers will also be rewarded with an Iron Man keyring. What better to channel your inner hero, villain, or sidekick to commemorate the weekend?

We know there is a lot of ground to cover this weekend, so for those of you who want to sip on this sucker at home, our good friends at Bibigo Kitchen shared the recipe. Check it out below.

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 oz. Jinro Soju
• 2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
• 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz. Grenadine
• 4 tapioca pearls
• Mango Syrup
• Sugar

 INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Sugar rim with mango syrup
2. Fill up the wine glass with fresh ice
3. Pour 3 oz. Jinro Soju, followed by 2 oz. grapefuit juice and 2 oz. pineapple juice
4. Slowly pour 1 oz. grenadine
5. Garnish with 4 tapioca pearl skewer
