Thirsty Thursday: “A Fresh Take on Bourbon” with Ted Gibson

For the third cocktail in our series, mixologist Ted Gibson of the Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa, will walk you through how to make a delectable cocktail fit for the San Diego sunshine, called ‘A Fresh Take on Bourbon.’ Gibson demonstrates the simple steps needed to make this flavorful and fruity drink.

Gibson calls the drink, “refreshing” and says that it is perfect for the ever beautiful weather in San Diego. He also encourages viewers to have fun with it and to try different alcohol types, so make sure to step out of your comfort zone and give the drink your unique personal twist.
