We welcome breath-taking sunsets, fresh fall flavors, and let’s be honest, beachy vibes 24/7. As we gear up for the season, many of us are planning a plethora of holiday parties. Whether you’re hosting your own holiday gathering, or want to impress your fellow guests, we’ve compiled a list of our favorite fall cocktail recipes for the season.
Pear of Thieves
At Michael Mina’s and Ayesha Curry’s new International Smoke Del Mar, locals can enjoy the new PEAR OF THIEVES cocktail off the restaurant’s Boozy & Bougie menu. Pear of Thieves mixes Rittenhouse Rye with spiced pear, maple syrup and lemon, garnished with a smoky marshmallow for that famous fire effect. And, you can add CBD to this or any cocktail on the menu.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Rittenhouse Rye
- 0.75 oz. Spiced Pear Liqueur
- 0.50 oz. Pear Puree
- 0.50 oz. Maple Syrup
- 0.50 oz. lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon vanilla-bourbon syrup
Skrewed Up Coffee
Brew your favorite cup of joe and add in a shot or two of Skrewball for a peanut buttery, spiked coffee flavor. This drink is tasty, boozy and easy to drink on crisp autumn days. Top it off with whipped cream to make it a more indulgent drink for an after-dinner cocktail or just because!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Skrewball
- 6 oz. coffee
- Optional: whip cream
Fill cup with coffee and garnish with fresh whipped cream on top.
Pumpkin Paradise
Still not ready to give up those fun and fruity summer flavors? This fall’s spin on the classic Painkiller cocktail adds creamy pumpkin and nutty notes to make this tropical drink a decadent fall dream.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. can pumpkin purée
- 1.5 oz. can of cream of coconut
- 1.5 oz. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- .75 oz. Zaya Gran Reserva Rum
- 0.5 oz. orange juice
- 0.5 oz. pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz. pumpkin cream of coconut mix
- 2 dashes of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. of nutmeg
- 3 tbsp. of sugar to taste
- A dash powdered pumpkin spice
- 3 pineapple leaves
Blend pumpkin purée and one cream of coconut together. Simply shake all the remaining ingredients together in a shaker with ice, pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with three pineapple top leaves and powdered pumpkin spice.
Spiked Peanut Butter Cider
Take classic apple cider to the next level with Skrewball. Whether your serving apple cider for your next fall bash or drinking it curled up by the fire, this cocktail will satisfy anyone’s fall cravings for peanut butter and apples, all made in a toasty adult drink.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- 4 oz. hot apple cider
Build all the ingredients in a heated mug and garnish with fresh apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
Skrewball Hot Chocolate
This creamy and comforting number puts your typical hot chocolate to shame as it is made even more delicious with a couple of ounces of Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey. This beverage is THE adult version of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Top it off with fresh whipped cream and you will be in for a treat.

- 1.5 oz. Skrewball
- 6 oz. hot chocolate
- Optional: whip cream
Fill cup with hot chocolate and garnish top with fresh whipped cream.
