Wine Wednesday’s Hot Spots

What better way to make it half way through the week with a nice, smooth, maybe even sultry glass of wine of your choice? Sounds pretty delightful doesn’t it?

Whether it was a stressful day at the office or just want a fun and relaxing evening to enjoy in some delicious food accompanied by some eclectic wine choices we definitely have some hot spots to choose from for your “Wine Wednesday’s” all over San Diego!

BEAUMONT’S BIRD ROCK – EAT, DRINK, VIBE

Beaumont’s is one of Bird Rock’s favorite place to grab a drink or some of the many amazing lunch and dinner choices they provide from their talented “drinkologist which can be known as: The science and mastery of the consumption of alcoholic beverages and last but not least their phenomenal chefs.

Beaumont’s is known for their low-key with a tad of upscale type bar that can be casual but at the same time the hot spot on a Friday. They offer specials on “Wine Wednesday’s” as well as daily happy hour from 3pm-6:30pm offering a variety of wines for $6!

WHEAT AND WATER- LA JOLLA

Wheat & Water is newly opened but becoming the next “it” spot in La Jolla as they specialize in wood-fired pizza, shared plates, healthy salads and charcuterie. Featuring a variety of beer from local and national breweries, wines ranging from California and Europe and a cocktail list of originals and our favorite classics. Perfect for lunch, dinner, happy hour and late night.

The food here is exceptional, we highly suggest the Cioppino Mussels Prince Edward Island mussels from Eastern Canada. Simmered & served in a spicy shrimp broth, finished w/ Meyer lemon & slices of crispy herb toast (order extra toast as the broth is beyond delicious). This can be paired with a wine of your choice set in a fun and lively atmosphere. Grab your friends or family!
