Celebrate ‘Star Wars Day’ at Eureka! this May 4

“May the Forth Be With You” this May 4th when Star Wars fans celebrate the ever-popular franchise. May 4th is the the unofficial National Star Wars Day and fans can join like-minded individuals at the UTC restaurant, Eureka!

Eureka! will be partnering with Green Flash Brewing to commemorate the occasion. Starting at 11 a.m. on May 4th, Eureka! will be tapping some great beers. For those that want to “give yourself to the dark side,” they’ll be pouring the limited release Ristretto Cosmic Black Lager and Silva Stout. For those that like more hoppy beers, you will be able to enjoy Green Flash’s Soul Style IPA and 12th Anniversary Dry-Hopped American Sour Pale.

Eureka! features an elevated American selection of craft beer, small-batch whiskey, regional wine, and locally sourced ingredients. The food is really great, the beer selection is awesome, and they have televised sports and weekly events for you to enjoy. It is definitely the place to be in the UTC area for great beer and food. Even if you can’t stop by this May 4th, you should check it out.
