FIG TREE CAFE – PACIFIC BEACH – LIBERTY STATION – HILLCREST

Fig Tree Café has some delicious food and beverage choices as well as a fun and inviting atmosphere for friends and family.  In Hillcrest, Fig Tree Café features an urban modern open kitchen concept, The eatery is intimate with chameleon-like characteristics. Top choice for location would hands down have to be the Pacific Beach spot as it is the original cafe which inhabits an old cottage with a dog friendly patio, surrounded by a garden-like setting just off the beach-goers’ beaten path.

They have the best OJ in all the land that is organic and squeezed freshly daily. It is a fun place to go on a date or to grab breakfast/lunch with friends and family. Weekends are the busiest time, but it’s worth checking this place out.

FIREHOUSE PACIFIC BEACH 

American eats & clever cocktails, plus an upstairs, outdoor patio with DJs & club vibe after dark. Super fun place to grab brunch by the water with friends and enjoy some cocktails. A top choice for Sunday Fun-day. This is Pacific Beach’s top choice for a brunch day with friends and family. Enjoy that San Diego sun and some great food.

They remodeled their whole restaurant so you have to check out the hip, fun, edgy, vibe they have going on there. Endless mimosas and delicious options to choose from for brunch and on Sunday’s there will be a live DJ and dancing. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the ocean as well.  Did we mention it is literally right next door to PB Fire station? Hence the name “Firehouse” so you will be sure to catch some actual firefighters.

HONEY’S BISTRO & BAKERY – ENCINITAS

Breezy eatery specializing in freshly brewed coffee, nutritious breakfast & lunch items & smoothies. This quaint and cozy place is a great place to bring family and friends and their food is delicious.

This is one of Encinitas best well kept secrets for brunch as it is laid back and casual for the whole family. They have so many choices for food as well, and we highly suggest the french toast, breakfast burrito, and last but not least the eggs Benedict! This place is in the heart of Encinitas so you can walk to shops and the beach.
