This family-run ice cream shop has been serving up high-quality craft creamy treats that have become a local favorite in Encinitas. Here you’ll find only the best ice cream, with everything in-store made from scratch with care. From their customer favorite cookie dough flavor to several vegan options, JoJo’s is a go-to when it comes to ice cream.
Cauldron Ice Cream – Convoy St.
Liquid nitrogen frozen ice cream is quickly becoming the gold standard, and Cauldron is a veteran to the game. All ice cream is produced in-house, and new flavors are released frequently, so you never get bored. Cauldron is famous for shaping their scoops into roses and tucking them into fresh-baked egg waffle cones.
