CLARA Joins The Breakfast Club With New Brunch Menu

Let’s be honest, the best way to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning is treating yourself to a decadent brunch and some bubbly! Carlsbad’s CLARA recently launched their new brunch menu and the morning menu will satisfy brunch goers.

Open starting at Noon on Saturdays and 11:00 a.m. on Sundays, you’ll find an abundance of fresh, classic coastal dishes on the brunch menu at CLARA.

The menu boasts decadent bites like the Crab Cake Benedicts, with heirloom tomato, arugula, pickled fennel and hollandaise on an English muffin, served with a side of breakfast potatoes.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll enjoy the thick, fluffy German Pancakes topped with fresh Cyclops Farms strawberries. Or if you’re in the market for something lunch-like but still packed with a brunchy bite, order up the Brunch Burger, stacked with a fried egg, bacon, heirloom tomato, chimichurri hollandaise and gooey white cheddar cheese. All these is sandwiched between two slices of Prager Bro’s focaccia bread and served with a side of breakfast potatoes.

With the warmer days ahead, why not enjoy all this on the outdoor patio and order up one of their refreshing “Patio Pounders” like the Teaches of Peaches. This libation has sherries, Lillet Blanc, peaches, blackberries, ginger, lemon and bubbles. Cheers to that!
