Les Misérables San Diego Tour Ends Sunday

Now in its 25th year, Cameron Mackintosh’s production of Les Misérables will be closing it’s doors on San Diego this Sunday.

Les Misérables is the world’s longest-running musical, and for good reason. Everything from staging to scenery is well planned. The actors truely bring the story to life in an awe inspiring production that cannot be missed.

If you’re unfamiliar with the story, it is based on Victor Hugo’s classic novel, “Les Misérables.” It is an epic and uplifting story about the survival of the human spirit. The journey takes your through stories of personal sacrifice, triumph, love, and war.

Les Misérables originally opened in London in 1985. It continues to play at the Queen’s Theatre to this day. The film adaptation is also in the works with Working Title and Universal.

The play is being performed at the San Diego Civic Theatre through September 2, 2012. Tickets are on sale now.
